I really love listening to Steve Czaban on AM 980 on my drives home from work. He's a straight shooter who isn't afraid to be politcally incorrect in telling it like it is. I think he was absolutely right to ask Jim Zorn some tough, penetrating questions about the anemic offense that we have seen for the past several weeks. Zorn got snippy and accused Czabe of being negative just for the sake of being negative. That's BS. Czabe's just like the rest of us; he's sick and tired of Snyder/Cerrato fucking shit up this decade and wants to see a winner in DC. Truth be told, Czabe was more optimistic going into Cincy than Andy Pollin was.
Zorn needs to learn to pick his battles much better.
It's as if Zorn didn't know what he was getting into here in DC. We live and die with the Skins and when you're 6-2 and then fall to a dismal 7-7 and do it losing to a freaking awful Cincinnati team, people are going to wonder WTF is going on.
Zorn tried to deflect Czabe's question by pointing out that four guys on the offense are Pro-Bowl bound. Yawnnnnn. All-Pro is what matters in the NFL, Pro-Bowl is a popularity contest. Yes, Portis is having a nice year, Cooley has the fumbles lately, Chris Samuels was average at best before getting hurt and Sellers is seldomly used.
The only Redskins truly deserving of a Pro-Bowl nod is London Fletcher.
Anyway, check out www.czabe.com for his newly revamped website.
